• **User Content:** Research titles, ideas, text for rephrasing, uploaded datasets, and other content you input into the App's features.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information, including:

• **Usage Data:** Information about the features you use, frequency of use, and session duration.
• **Device and Browser Information:** IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type.
• **Log Data:** Crash logs and performance data to help us diagnose and fix issues.

This information is primarily collected to improve the App and ensure its stability.

1.3 Sensitive Research Data

You are solely responsible for the data you input into the App. For features like the Protocol Generator, Content Synthesis, Data Analysis, and Plagiarism Checker, the content you provide is sent to our AI service providers to generate responses.

You must ensure that any research data you input is appropriately anonymized or that you have obtained all necessary consents if the data contains personally identifiable information. We are not responsible for the sensitivity of the data you choose to process with the App.

Your project data, including generated content, is stored securely in your personal account on Google's Firestore database, protected by security rules that restrict access to you alone. User authentication is managed by Firebase Authentication.

However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

We retain your personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Your project data stored in Firestore is retained until you delete the project or your account.
