We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this application or its generated content.

1. Introduction

Welcome to CuraSynth ("the App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App, which is designed to assist users in research-related tasks through AI-powered tools. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Provided

The App uses AI to assist users in drafting research protocols, performing calculations, synthesizing content, analyzing data, and other research-related activities. The App does not replace professional judgment, and users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any content generated.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App solely for lawful and ethical purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws and academic integrity standards.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors and must be critically evaluated.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use in any academic, scientific, or professional setting.
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
You must ensure that any data you upload or input does not infringe upon the rights of any third party and complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those concerning data privacy and human subjects research.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CuraSynth and its licensors.
You retain ownership of the research data you input and the specific final documents you create. By using the App, you grant CuraSynth a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use data and prompts to provide the services to you. We may also use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models and services.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell AI-generated outputs in a way that misrepresents them as solely human-generated or without proper attribution if required by academic or institutional policies.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Pro Plans

Access to Pro features of the App is available through various paid plans, such as daily, monthly, or multi-month access passes ("Pro Plans"). The specific features, prices, and durations for each Pro Plan are detailed on our Pricing Page.

5.2 Payment Method

To purchase a Pro Plan, you must provide a valid payment method. You agree to keep your billing information accurate. If a payment is not successfully settled, access will not be granted. All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Razorpay.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 No Refunds

All payments made for any Pro Plan are final and non-refundable. This includes situations where a user decides they no longer need the service, is unsatisfied with the service, or if the account is terminated by us due to a violation of these Terms. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1 One-Time Payments

Our current Pro Plans are one-time payments for a fixed duration of access. They do not auto-renew, and therefore, no cancellation is necessary. Your access will expire automatically at the end of the purchased term.

7.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, including any Pro access, at our sole discretion, without notice or refund, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CuraSynth, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, CONSEQUENTIAL, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App or its generated content. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CuraSynth does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You use the App at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

CuraSynth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law
