CuraSynth

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to:

• Download and install the App on a compatible device that you own or control.
• Access and use the App strictly for personal, non-commercial research purposes, or for authorized institutional use as agreed upon separately.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any part thereof.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App or any part thereof, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes, or in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Resell, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise commercially exploit the App or its services without our express written permission.
• Introduce any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses, or other harmful or disruptive code to the App or its underlying infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the App, the server on which the App is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the App.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to its content, code, graphics, user interface, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are and will remain the exclusive property of CuraSynth (Developer) and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in or to the App, but only a limited license to use it in accordance with these terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

Use of certain premium features or extended functionalities of the App may require a paid subscription. All subscription fees, billing cycles, payment methods, and cancellation policies are detailed in our Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement and revoke your access to the App, with or without notice, if you:

• Violate any provision of this EULA or the Terms and Conditions.
• Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity.
• Fail to pay applicable subscription fees.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from all your devices. Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination, will survive termination of this Agreement.

6. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CuraSynth (Developer) EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE APP, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD BE INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CuraSynth (Developer), ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE APP OR ANY CONTENT OR SERVICES THEREIN, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR USE OF THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (IF ANY).

8. Governing Law

This Agreement and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in [Your Country/State], and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

9. Updates, Modifications, and Support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any part thereof, with or without notice at any time. We may also update this EULA from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new EULA.

We are not obligated to provide any maintenance, technical, or other support for the App, though we may offer support at our sole discretion.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and CuraSynth (Developer) regarding your use of the App and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the App.
